Our services, including flight bookings, car rentals, cruises, and more, are available to you once payment is processed and confirmed prior to your travel date.
TravelCentralHub.com reserves the right, at its discretion and for any reason, to:
Cancel any reservation prior to the departure date, with our sole liability being the refund of the amount paid by the customer.
Modify, alter, or discontinue any advertised service, bearing no responsibility for additional costs or losses incurred by the customer/group.
Only TravelCentralHub.com has the authority to amend or waive any descriptions, terms, and conditions here or in other service agreements after a booking has been made. If any changes occur, you will be offered the option to:
Accept the changes.
Accept an alternate service offered by us.
In no instance will we be liable for any indirect costs or damages.
TravelCentralHub.com will not be liable for:
Incidents such as accidents, injuries, delays, or additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.
Failures on the part of air carriers or any service provider involved in fulfilling the booked services.
Our liability in relation to any booking will not exceed the amount paid for said service and will not cover consequential or additional expenses.
Prices quoted on our website are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or fuel cost increases, and as such, may be adjusted and surcharged.
It is the customer/group's responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents. Should any document be refused or not provided, the customer/group will bear all related costs.
The ticket price shown does not include insurance premiums, which are the customer/group's responsibility to pay.
All our services comply with applicable laws and regulations. TravelCentralHub.com will not be held liable for issues arising from these regulations or acts of God.
Complaints regarding bookings must be made in writing within 21 days post-travel. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
TravelCentralHub.com is not liable for issues such as cancellations or delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. Our cancellation/refund policy will apply in such cases.
Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel bookings or accounts in cases of fraud or misuse, potentially pursuing legal action and seeking compensation for damages, including legal fees. To dispute cancellations or account issues, contact our customer support.
The content on our website is proprietary. You are permitted to make limited copies of your itinerary for personal use but may not otherwise replicate or distribute our content without express permission.
In Case of Dispute
We aim to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. Should you have any complaints, we ask that you first contact our customer service team for resolution. Mediation will be conducted according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in a mutually agreeable location.

In addition to supplier charges, TravelCentralHub.com may apply service fees, which are non-refundable. The total price quoted at booking is final, regardless of subsequent changes. Most tickets are non-refundable, with refunds processed only in accordance with supplier rules and our approval.
Special services require individual approval from carriers.
Service fee charges are subject to change; the final price quoted at booking will be the amount due.
